1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LaPista.ATX services, you agree to these terms. Our service provides pickup soccer game scheduling and payment processing for games in Austin, Texas.

2. Game Participation

All participants must sign our liability waiver before playing. By RSVPing, you confirm you are physically able to participate in recreational soccer. LaPista.ATX reserves the right to cancel games due to weather or insufficient players.

3. Payments & Refunds

Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds for cancelled games are processed within 5-7 business days. No-shows may forfeit their spot fee. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before game time for a full refund.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all players to show respect for others. Aggressive behavior, foul language, or dangerous play will result in removal from the game without refund and potential ban from future games.

5. Assumption of Risk

Soccer is a contact sport with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. See our full Liability Waiver for details.

Information We Collect

We collect your name, email, and phone number when you RSVP for a game. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database storage, and trusted third-party payment processing (Stripe).

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for emails, and MongoDB for data storage. Each service has their own privacy policy.
